Recording negative feelings
A particular line of thought is linked to every feeling.
Choose a negative feeling and write it down.
Then describe which negative line of thinking and physical symptoms
belong to this feeling, and which stressor (normally a particular
situation, but possibly a particular thought) triggers the state.
Finally, write down your usual reaction in this state.
